“Our time at the Summit, as well as our research on boys and connection, led us to create two new signature courses.”

Coaching Teams to Get Big Ideas Done
Each year, educators have life- and career-changing experiences at our K-12 Purpose Summit. But what makes the summit unique is that each team also receives a coach, and the deep time and space, to make an idea happen back at school. Schools often struggle to move ahead with new ideas and initiatives because teams are too distracted by the daily grind of the school week. Our commitment: give us a functional team with a focused idea, and we’ll help them get it done.
This year’s summit combines virtual sessions before and after a 3.5-day in-person conference from Wednesday, Jan. 31 - Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024, in Boulder, Colorado. During the summit, we explore what purpose means for us as humans and as educators. We visit purpose-driven schools, and each team works with our suite Purpose Learning tools to further develop their idea. After the summit, our coaches work with each team until completion.
The best part of the K-12 Purpose Summit is the intimate community: we limit the gathering to 60 purpose-driven educators. Connections are forged. Personal and professional breakthroughs happen. Big ideas come to life. Join us in 2024!
If you are in a time zone outside North America, or unable to attend a session for any reason, we will record the virtual sessions and your WLS coach will work with you to help you stay on track.
“A few words to describe my experience at the K-12 Purpose Summit: excited, overwhelmed, enthusiastic, rejuvenated, connected, enthralled, passionate.”
— Kristen Goggin, Math Department Chair, Cathedral School for Boys
