In the future, we will remember 2020 as the year when every teacher was thrown off balance and all the cracks in school were blown open. But how will we experience 2021?
As teachers, we can decide to live 2021 with purpose, hope, and a determination to make change. Join us for the third annual K-12 Purpose Summit, a virtual journey from January to April to explore the future of learning with a small group of diverse and committed educators. Agenda
January
Amidst like-minded educators, we explore our own purpose and map how we can live 2021 with intention.
February
We learn from innovators, design and launch "easy hacks" for our own schools. Our small team huddles and one-on-one coaching provides meaningful feedback. receive feedback through one-on-one coaching and small team huddles. We use a project planner to dream big with a moonshot.
March
We take our moonshot and convert it into an actionable product through huddles and one-on-one coaching. We lean in, take a risk, and grow.
April
We touch base with our purpose partner on our 3-month personal and professional journey and have one last small team huddle. In a large group, we celebrate our successes and grow from our challenges.
We understand that proposed times may not be convenient for all participants, particularly those in different time zones. Once we have the final roster, participants will be surveyed to ensure everyone can make scheduled sessions. This might include an alternate session for the earlier time zones on certain days or making sessions recordings available.
